Every Wednesday young people coming from all over the world meet at Old Fashion Cafe (one of the coolest Club of Milan) for the International Students Night!!
Twice a month I attend this amazing event with Scuola Leonardo da Vinci students… offering them a true Italian Experience: a Welcome Free Drink, free buffet "Aperitivo” and the possibility to buy drinks at the special price of 5 euros!
Last week is the English Week… what does it mean? It means that at Old Fashion Cafe from 8 pm to 10 pm we had roast beef, chicken pie, eggs and bacon, apple pie, pudding and much more!
The soundtrack for our Aperivito ranged over a wide variety of British Music.. from Beatles to Spice Girls, Oasis, Blur, Amy Winehouse, Robbie Williams, …
Foreign and Italian people sitting in an Italian Club listening English music and eating English food.. isn’t it funny?
The atmosphere at Old fashion is great! Italian is the “lingua franca” (together with English of course) for all of them.
At 10 pm lights go off.. and the Disco night can start! Everybody on the dance floor! Sometimes you can also forget that you are in Italy and in Milan!
Spending a great night, making new friend and enjoy good music.. What else?
And now? Waiting to know the theme of next International Week… Rumors are talking about Cuba Week…
