Metti una sera a Roma in agosto

English text below

Viene aggiornato in continuazione.

Avete voglia? Basta chiedere!

Enjoy Rome in August

Rome in August is an explosion of activities, with infinite possibilities to be seized and you always end up missing something: a concert, an exhibition or a show that you wanted to see but didn't make it in time.

How to orient yourself in this dense rain of opportunities and not arrive in September with the regret of having enjoyed too little of the Roman Summer?

We have the solution, our students know it well!

First of all, try as much as possible to remove domestic laziness, go out and enjoy the events. Second advice: always consult the web portal managed by the Municipality of Rome https://culture.roma.it/, here nothing is missing and you can rely on your eyes closed. It is updated continuously. Peering a little, you will come across the many concerts and festivals that animate the parks and villas, discover the activities among the stalls on the banks of the Tiber, the films of the Cinema on the Tiber Island or the performances of the Opera at the Terme di Caracalla.

A third aspect is not to be forgotten: the eternal city can be experienced in all its beauty even without participating in any event. A simple walk on the Imperial Forums or in the shops of Trastevere fills the soul and the head. All the tourists who arrive every day know this well.

The students of the Scuola Leonardo da Vinci have never lost an opportunity to experience social moments in the city, before and after classes. Our school's schedule of free time activities includes, from Monday to Saturday, evenings in pizzerias, linguistic aperitifs, tandems, afternoons in an ice cream parlor and a thousand other ideas.

Even those who during the months of June and July complained of the heat and the heat bless August because it brings the right refreshment thanks to the sudden showers that break in. In any case, let the whiny of every season complain, we lovers of the Dolce Vita enjoy Rome in August more than ever, especially because it is free from the traffic and queues kilometers that characterize the main streets of the city in the other months.

There is no doubt: August is a perfect month to discover the capital, Rome is calmer, more liveable. And why not, you can combine a language course with many outings and visits to the city. Have we convinced you? You only need to ask!
